317. GOD’S CHOICE = THE BEST CHOICE

(The Single Woman Series – Batch 5)

When it comes to matters of the heart and who to align ourselves with for the purpose of marriage, we serve a God of infallibility. Why not let him choose for you? He is incapable of making a mistake. He gets it correct one hundred percent of the time.

When you choose who God has first chosen for you, you will have no regrets. You will not be exempt from problems, trials and conflicts but these will serve to fortify, deepen and solidify the union, not weaken and break it.

The more you get to know the person you are with and to tap into the different dimensions of his character and story, the more you will love him and vice versa. The more you progress through your relationship and marriage, the more you will be convinced that yes, God got it right. The more you reflect on the beauty of what God has graced you to have, the more you will be humbled and thankful to him for making the placement. You will attest to the fact that indeed, God is the best matchmaker. He knows us better than we know ourselves. He is capable of putting us with the one who is right for us, a man that appeals to us spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Yes, when he chooses for you and then impresses it upon your heart to choose who he has chosen, you will prove that which is true, which is that what God wills is always best. What he wills is most magnificent and beyond compare. What he wills is pure, is clean, is noble. It is far better, superior and much more excellent, than anything we could have imagined for ourselves.

To let God have his way and choose for us in HIS timing, sometimes involves a wait but dear child of God, the WAIT IS WORTH IT! I am at this present moment, waiting and have been waiting for many years but I KNOW WHOM I HAVE BELIEVED IN AND AM PERSUADED THAT HE IS ABLE.

I know that he is faithful. If he wills me to be married (and I believe that he does), when he decides that it is time to align me with one of his prized sons, I know, in advance, that it will be nothing short of magnificent, nothing short of excellent because the God I serve is an excellent God.

People may laugh at you. They may ridicule you in your singleness and consider you to be irrelevant and insignificant but that is okay. When God intervenes to build what only HE can build, he has a way of letting everybody know that HE is in it, that it is HE that has brought it about and when HE is in something, he produces such mindblowing results that even the most vocal of naysayers are left speechless.
