11. LOOKING FOR A HUSBAND? GOD WILL NOT SEND…

Dear lady, if you are a true believer in the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ and have surrendered your whole life to His Lordship and therefore are a Christian, Don’t allow the devil to deceive you. KNOW that the man that God sends into your life for a relationship (if he does), will NOT be:

  • Someone else’s husband (1 Corinthians 7:2; Matthew 5:27-30; 2 Samuel 11:1-27 KJV);
  • Someone who is divorced (Matthew 5:1,2,31-32; Matthew 19:1-12; Romans 7:1-3 KJV);
  • An unbeliever (2 Corinthians 6:14-18 KJV);
  • Someone that wants to be on the throne of your heart, first place and views your relationship with Jesus as competition (1 Corinthians 10:14; Isaiah 42:8; Isiaah 43:7; Matthew 22:37; Isaiah 20:3-5 KJV);
  • Someone that is emotionally, physically, verbally, psychologically, financially or spiritually abusive (Romans 12:10;1 Corinthians 13:4; Ephesians 4:32; 1 Peter 4:8 KJV);
  • Someone that is all about himself and what he wants (1 Corinthians 13:4-5 KJV);
  • Someone that is not willing to wait and has no problem compromising your God-given standards (Psalms 27:14; Isaiah 40:31; Psalms 37:7; Lamentations 3:25; Deutoronomy 13:1-5 KJV);
  • Someone that hates to spend time in the Word and pray (Ephesians 6:11, 17-18; 2 Timothy 2:15; 1 Thessalonians 5:17 KJV);
  • Someone that has not a clue how to rightly divide the Word (Ephesians 5:25-26;1 Corinthians 2:10-14; 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV);
  • Someone that is completely disrespectful to your parents and encourages you to follow suit (Ephesians 6:2-3; 1 Timothy 5:1-2 KJV);
  • Someone that wants to isolate you from your family and friends (Psalm 133:1-3; Jude 18-19 KJV);
  • Someone that doesn’t have a good work ethic is lazy and non-ambitious (Romans 12:11; 1 Timothy 5:8; 2 Thessalonians 3:6-14 KJV);
  • Someone that doesn’t know how to lead you and a family (1 Timothy 3:4-5; Ephesians 5:22-27;1 Corinthians 11:3 KJV);
  • Someone that is a mummy’s boy rather than a mature man (1 Corinthians 13:11; Genesis 2:24 KJV);
  • Someone that is condescending, prideful, critical, always right and non-apologetic (Proverbs 8:13; 1 John 1:8; Proverbs 16:18-19; James 5:16; Proverbs 15:33; Matthew 18:1-4 KJV);
  • Someone that thinks lesser of women and is downright disrespectful to them (1 Peter 3:7; Romans 12:10 KJV);
  • Someone that doesn’t want to commit is full of excuses and has you wondering if he will ever define your relationship or propose (James 1:8; Proverbs 19:1; Proverbs 20:7 KJV);
  • Someone that is not emotionally available, loves playing games and enjoys triangles (Colossians 3:9; James 1:8; 2 Corinthians 8:21; Titus 2:7; 1 Peter 1:22 KJV);
  • Someone that makes you question your worth, makes you feel unstable, insecure, unloved and insignificant (Hebrews 10:24; 1 Peter 2:9; John 10:10; 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 KJV).
